Shelia Fay Richard, 66, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on March 30, 2023. Shelia was born on March 10, 1957, in Glasgow, Kentucky to William M. Watson Sr. and Barbara J. Watson.

She spent her career working in retail management and was also a homemaker. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, decorating, camping, and watching movies. She loved a nice cup of coffee or ice-cold sweet tea and Coca-Cola. She loved animals, particularly dogs and enjoyed spending time with her late dogs Mocha and Bo.

She is survived by her husband Joseph (Jay) Richard, her son Troy Banaski and his wife Kelly, daughter Danielle Torres and husband Orlando, stepson Jason Foland, brother Craig Watson, and sister Doris Rainwater, grandchildren Tre, Trent, Tevin, and Tasia Banaski. She is preceded in death by her brother William Watson Jr., mother Barbara Watson and father William Watson Sr.
