I met Sherry in 1988 when I first started working at BloomingtonHospital as a nurse intern in outpatient surgery. She taught me how to draw blood. She let me draw her blood and I remember I forgot to take the tourniquet off her arm and when I withdrew the needle, blood sprayed out! I was kinda freaked out but she was just calm and cool and collected and told me what I needed to do. just took it all in stride. I really appreciated that. She was excellent at her job and always friendly to me. I’m sure she’ll be missed by many…
