Stacy Sheetz

Stacy Sheetz, 53, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on November 26, 2025. 

She is survived by her sons, Jacob Wells, Drake Melton, and Alexander Bischoff; her sister, Sherry Compton; her brother, James Sheetz; her grandchild, Aiden Alexander Bischoff; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Gail Sheetz Chavers (1963-2014); and her parents, Louis Marie Smith (1944-2000) and Richard Lyman Wells (1935-2000)

She had a deep passion for making things, whether she was 3D printing, scrapbooking, designing custom t-shirts, or exploring any new arts-and-crafts project that caught her eye. 

She proudly earned her Associate’s Degree in Medical Office Administration. 

Cremation was chosen, and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, IN, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
