Thomas Wain Chambliss, 61, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on April 18, 2026.
He is survived by Karla Chambliss-Berry; daughters, Madielyn Chambliss (Shaun Terry Jr.), Tristian Chambliss, and Jordyn Chambliss; grandchildren, Mason and Samari Terry; sisters, Doreen Curtis and Ursula Groves; brothers, Micheal Chambliss and Kenneth Chambliss.
Thomas is preceded in death by his mother, Doressia Chambliss; and his grandparents, Katie Chambliss and her husband.
Thomas was a supporter of Big Blue Nation and an avid collector who loved watching RAW and WWE wrestling. More than anything, he loved spending quality time with his family and being Pop Pop to his grandchildren.
"He was a loving and charismatic man who was loved and cherished by many."
Cremation was chosen, and Magnolia Cremation of Jeffersonville, Indiana, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
