Timothy Darin McCown, 61, of Muncie, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. A hardworking and devoted man, Tim spent his life perfecting his craft as a carpenter, building not just structures, but lasting relationships with those around him. Tim had a deep love for the outdoors whether he was casting a fishing line, tending to his garden, or traveling to Florida and Pigeon Forge, he found joy in life's simple pleasures. He had a special place in his heart for Dobermans and cherished every moment spent with his family and friends. His dedication, kindness, and unwavering work ethic left an impact on all who knew him. He is now reunited with his loving parents, Ralph and Shirley McCown, and his brother, Jeff McCown. Tim is survived by his two daughters, Kayla (Daniel) Isaacs and Ashley Stump; his brothers, Brad McCown and Bob (Dee) McCown; and many other family members and friends who loved him deeply. A memorial service to honor Tim's life will be held at a later date.
