William Curtis Wood

William Curtis Wood, age 59, passed away on April 17, 2025.
Curtis was a devoted father, cherished grandfather, beloved brother, and a loyal friend to many. He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Jean Wood and Chasity Woods, and his son, Brian Christopher Tipton. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren: Alexis Wood, Alli Gordon, Annaleigh Wood, and two grandsons. He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Sharon Riddell, and his girlfriend, Sue Carol Peters.
A lifelong roofer, Curtis was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to his craft. Beyond work, he found joy in life’s simple pleasures—riding down back roads, attending concerts, riding horses, and most of all, spending time with his loved ones.
Curtis was a wonderful father and a true friend, someone who faced life’s storms head-on and was, in every sense, no stranger to the rain.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.

Chasity Woods
I was 3yrs old when Curt and my mom married. He took me in as his own blood daughter and would never tell u any different. The greatest man j ever knew with the biggest heart. I’m gonna miss you forever.
