William Timothy Webb
June 11, 1961 – August 10, 2025
William “Timmy” Timothy Webb, 64, passed away on August 10, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of skill, curiosity, and kindness. Known for his sharp mind, generous spirit, and boundless curiosity, Timmy lived a life defined by learning, teaching, and building — whether through his hands or his heart.
He is survived by his brothers Robert Anthony Webb, Daniel Lee Webb, and David Brian Webb; his sisters Eula Jean Day (Elmore), Lela Mae Eisenbach (Elmore), and Barbara Lynn Holzer (Webb); and his half-brother, Michael Andrew Dilley.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Anthony Webb Sr., and his mother, Bertha Mae Dilley (Spalding).
Timmy’s love for electronics began in his youth with a Citizen Band radio, a passion that grew into obtaining his Amateur Ham Radio License, where he became known by his call sign “Screwdriver.” His mastery of the craft led him to become a licensed instructor, teaching and inspiring students to earn their own FCC-sanctioned licenses.
In addition to his deep knowledge of radio communications, Timmy earned an associate degree in Information Technology and was known for his remarkable carpentry skills. Whether building with wood or circuitry, he approached every project with care, precision, and a craftsman’s pride.
Outside of his work, Timmy enjoyed disc golf, tinkering with electronics, and sharing his knowledge with others. His life was a blend of creativity, technical skill, and generosity, and his absence will be felt deeply by those who knew and loved him.
